Caroline Marshall runs Virtual Assistant service Upsource. A small team of VAs who provide Business and Virtual Assistance, Lifestyle support, Events and Social Media services to Entrepreneurs, small business owners & freelancers.

Caroline has worked in the VA industry as an employed VA since 2016 and had a background ranging from being an Executive Assistant for C-Suite executives in the NHS to working in Customer Experience and Events & Communications.

Caroline believes anyone can achieve their version of success when they have the right support in all areas of their life and business.

Upsource officially launched in July 2020 and while on maternity leave Caroline won ‘UK Best Newcomer VA 2021’, since then Upsource has grown as a small team of VAs.
