I started Spinning Plates in 2014 after a successful corporate career and after deciding that I wanted to ensure that no business owner ever felt the overwhelm and stress that I had – that’s my driving ambition, to remove your stress, overwhelm and confusion and help you love your business again. I have practical management skills, logistical and analytical experience as well as the more creative, marketing side of the business. I am professional, personal, friendly and most of all helpful.

Alongside my corporate experience I have spent the last 9 years working with micro, small and medium enterprises so I have a vast range of experience at all levels. My project management and organisational skills are exemplary but I’m also lucky enough to have a creative side that is used for copy writing, social media, marketing, and graphics. I really can do a little bit of everything you need to help your business thrive.

I pride myself on being tech savvy and can work across a large number of platforms to a good level. These include CRM systems, website builders and course host systems. The platforms I use regularly include Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Kartra, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Zoho (CRM and Email) and Mailerlite. I am always keen to learn and love picking up new skills, so I’m not scared on taking on any challenge!

My later experience was in creative for a large blue-chip company, and this has translated itself as unparalleled marketing expertise in creating and building strong, sustainable brands through all business touchpoints. To that end I am a strong believer in organic, steady growth supported by a clear communication strategy and I have, during 2023, gained my qualification in strategic social media management (certified CSMM) with a 97% pass rate. As the only UK government recognised qualification in social media management, I am incredibly proud of the service I offer to all of my clients and I know that this marketing expertise, experience and education go a long way to giving my clients confidence in hiring me.
