Witts End Business Services was established in 2018 with a view to assisting busy professionals and business owners by maximising their time, supporting them with their back office administration, acting as day to day point of contact for their business and helping them achieve an improved work life balance.
Philippa has extensive experience both formerly in London and latterly in Wiltshire as an EA, PA, Secretary, Portfolio Project Administrator and Secretary to a local Chamber of Commerce. Philippa has worked across a diversity of business areas in both large global companies and smaller companies encompassing Head Office Retail, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare and Public sector business areas in addition to working in a community engagement role for a high street retail organisation.
Business Support: Administration support to professional, business, and NFP speakers. Main point of contact, providing coordination and backup with the booking of locations, contact with relevant programme secretary when a talk has been booked, ensuring everything is confirmed, updating you at all times. In advance of event ensure that everything is in place, technical equipment, travel arrangements if required, and talk pack confirmation details sent to the speaker in advance of the event. Follow up with regards to reviews and feedback.
General Business Support: Support to business owners and busy individuals including business project research, diary management, point of contact, lifestyle support, including researching gifts, household related insurance, travel etc.
Medical VA Support: supporting medical consultants with clinical support, point of contact for patients, ad hoc marketing and administration.
Proofreading - future business service to be offered.
Business Community Support: Supporting local business community organisation, point of contact, meeting administration and organisation, community engagement.
As a person her core strengths are confidentiality, data protection, community business support, admin/coordination, stakeholder engagement, both internal/external, organising projects and sorting anything out that requires attention.
When working with Philippa as well as the overarching PA/Secretarial umbrella, assistance can include being your point of contact for your business, diplomatic gatekeeper, project research, social media setting up as well as ad hoc one off projects or pieces of work.
Experience in working with Dropbox, Slack, Toggl, Baseline, Clockify, MissingLettr, Acuity Scheduling, Gmail, GSuite, Microsoft Suite of Programs including Sharepoint and MS Visio.
Philippa also has a special interest in anything to do with the countryside, rural diversification and spending time dogs, horses and volunteering for a dog charity
