Hi, I’m Siân, owner and founder of Trefnu VA.

Trefnu (pronounced ‘trev-ni’) is Welsh for organise, and I provide General Admin and Training Admin support to SMEs who are Trainers, Coaches and Psychotherapists feeling overwhelmed and burnt-out by their never-ending to-do list.

You are passionate about helping people, whether that’s with their mental health, personal and professional development, but not so passionate about the various tasks that come with being your own boss.

That’s where I come in.

If you’re a Trainer, or someone who often runs training sessions, I can make everything run like a well-oiled machine by working behind the scenes with organising logistics, planning, making sure delegates have everything they need before and after the training. That way, you can focus on getting up there and delivering in front of your audience and feel at peace knowing that the other bits and pieces are being taken care of.

If you’re a Coach or Psychotherapist, I can reduce the overwhelm building up from your admin and never ending to-do list by using my admin skills and experience to help you work more efficiently, become more organised and not be afraid of tech to help you work smarter and not harder. Therefore, you can focus on building potential client relationships and nurturing your existing ones, to ensure that they can maximise their potential from working with you.

Not only that, but as someone who loves learning I’m always open to hearing about new tools, software and methods, and enjoy sharing my newfound knowledge to benefit my clients and their businesses.

As I hold the Level 3 CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development Practice and have delivered training sessions, you could also use me as a person to bounce off any ideas should the need arise.

I started my VA journey in October 2023 after I had enough with employed roles due to lack of stimulation and boredom. I started working for myself as I realised that the flexibility and autonomy over my working life was just what I needed after starting my degree, plus being able to strike my desired balance between studies, work and other commitments. Being a VA seemed perfect for me given my existing skills and background, and I love helping people where I can.

Besides being a VA, I’m a part-time psychology student, live in London and love travelling, hiking, trying out new food spots locally and beyond.
