I started LiveLink in 2011 from my spare bedroom with the aim of delivering top-notch customer service to patients of private healthcare clinics.  My previous experience was delivering premium customer service to guests staying in luxury hotels throughout the UK and Middle-East with a little Primary Care Clinical Governance shoe-horned in between leaving hospitality and starting LiveLink.

LiveLink has evolved over the last 10 years to deliver virtual practice management.  From starting up clinics from scratch, to growing them for the owner to exit and sell. The Linkettes are all specialists and speak the patients language whether the patient is seeing an osteo, podiatrist, physio or a speech and language therapist.

As a 'Spoonie' (Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis), I deliver training to fellow Spoonies around business growth and marketing.  I am a walking advertisement that having a chronic health challenge is no barrier to having your own business and loving life.
