I started VASS because I wanted to support businesses to ensure their operations are smooth, sleek and efficient. I wanted our clients to have access to support whenever it was needed, especially if they were not ready to build a permanent team. I want them to feel like they literally have an extra pair of hands, helping them deal with life.

Having worked only for small businesses, I have been able to gain valuable skills and experience in many areas of business. I have worked at companies such as Architects, Event Planners, Insolvency Practitioners, Web Designers and an Environmental Charity, so I am used to working with different characters and on varied tasks.

Working in small businesses means that regularly, you are never just doing “your job” or doing what you are paid to do and helps the Business. You have to have a can do attitude and help out wherever is needed. And I wanted small business owners to feel like they had that kind of level of back office support.

Whatever their need, they know our support team deal with it. We support business owners who do not enjoy and/or have the lack the time in completing tasks necessary in running a business. From admin, executive assistance, book-keeping, event-coordination and more, we do our thing so they can concentrate on their.
